"Worst business l ever came across. This is my last straw with these unprofessional and greedy staff. The staff lies and bills your insurance company for services you already paid for. Customer service is very atrocious since my Dentist left. I know and agreed to pay the entire amount of approximately $2300 after insurance payment even though my insurance didn't authorize them to collect upfront from me. I told them l need to talk to the Dentist about the procedure and then pay that day after my procedure which l did before. l was so surprised in the middle of my treatment they attacked me and said l need to pay right now before my treatment is finished l said l will pay you before l leave they all got unprofessional with me and said the dentist will stop working on my procedure right now.l was so shocked and decided right there and then this is not the Dentist for me!"
