"My appointment was at 10:00Am I sat in the waiting area for over an hour! The front desk was very nice however they seemed very unprofessional, you could see them standing at the front desk talking and playing one of the girls from the back was at the front desk eating a cupcake! The office had a bad smell and wasn’t very clean one of the table plants had so much dust on it I couldn’t stop coughing no matter how badly I tried to hold it in! Once I got to the back they had a football game playing on the television now this isn’t something I would expect at a dentist office in the case of professionalism, I had the dental assistants coming in and out looking for things in the drawers this is when I realized they weren’t very organized or put together! I went for a basically cleaning with the possibility of getting a few filling I was informed my insurance didn’t cover the fillings which was fine the were to busy on trying to upcharge me and get me to do almost 15,000 in dental work instead of giving me a cleaning they gave me a breakdown of things I need and didn’t preform the basic cleaning that I asked for! I would not recommend this office to anyone immediately upon leaving I called my insurance and complained as I was told my insurance also didn’t cover cleanings! This was not true I’m now searching for a new dentist! Horrible experience for a new patient!"

"Shoddy dental work got infected multiple times and my concerns were brushed off repeatedly. I was extorted while quivering in pain and upsold on more work. The dental work I had done is no longer in my mouth as it came out about a year ago and I could never get anyone to call me back to make an appointment. Now I've received a $900 bill, two years after the fact, even though I paid on full at time of service. Why would I pay you twice for a trinket that's sitting on top of my bookshelf? Next time I'll just slam my face in the car door. I'd rather have Mike Tyson be my dentist."

"Beautiful staff.they work together as a tieam,loving and caring. I can't honestly say what quality of dentisry he does. His personality towards someone with a disability on a scale 1-10 his was a 1 with 1 being the lowest. He was all over the place,he never introduced him self and didn't try to exam my husband's mouths."

"I came to the office to get a tooth removed. You guys told me to $250 and I was okay with that. Then your office recommend i would need a bone implant for $375? I said I didn’t need it and you guys got mad and refused to remove the tooth. I found another professional Denis office and only paid $150 the next day no pain My mouth was just fine."

"I am 42 years old, Over the years I've had various dental work and cleaning done in several states, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, etc. I don't think I've ever gone back to the same dentist and often have avoided them in general because of the people in the offices being condescending, dismissive, and the dental work not lasting. (fillings falling out multiple times, etc) About a month ago I started having REAL bad mouth pain on the right side, upper, lower, ear, eyeball, it all hurt. To add some perspective on pain, I've had multiple kidney stones and various other injuries n' burns and puncture wounds and broken bones, I have vomited and passed out from kidney stone pain. I've pulled nails out of the bottom of my feet that were coming out of the top of my shoes, never cried from all that... but... This mouth stuff was HURTING, the reference pain shooting around my skull was incredible, I was in tears, I had to go to a dentist, no choice. The staff at Eaglin Dental Group are compassionate, they are understanding, they LISTEN. This is the first dentist office that I'll keep going back to if they have the same people in it for whatever my dental needs are. Every person working at Eaglin Dental Group in Fayetteville is super awesome. I don't think I've ever met so many great people working in one spot. Other businesses can definitely take note on how to treat people properly from Eaglin Dental Group in Fayetteville. I have zero complaints (other than my wallets $ complaints lol) and now only time will tell how their work holds up. Thank you Dr. Eaglin and Team. Best Tooth Artists around."
