"Cynthia Hayes: 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I canceled a procedure, asked for my 472.59 deposit back. After calling several times I went to the office and was told that there is a 100.00 non-cancellation fee. They said that I missed the appointment but I did attempt to call them to cancel. I was told that they will have to verify that with the call center and must wait until the end of the week until the end of the week for processing. They have had my money 29 days. Where is the written policy about this? Who charges 100 for a missed appointment? Even the doctor's only charge 25.00. After being a patient for several years. I will never return."

"I am so impressed with the transparency of this office. Raz and Sarah were extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. I have never felt like dental staff were in my corner more than I did at this office. Dr. Patel was mindful of my age and longevity of the work being done, he wanted me to do what was best for me and me in the long run. I was also impressed that when going over options I had a front desk staff as well as a doctor there helping me understand what was best for my teeth and financially. They also offer payment plans which is not common among offices. Over all very impressed. I live 45 min away and will come back. Also music is pumping. These ladies are fantastic."

"The first time I called Fayetteville Smile a friendly Trinidadian female answer the phone. Her customer service skills over the phone made me wanted to make appointment for my entire family. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly Sara who is phenomenal. I had Dr Patel and my visit with him was awesome . He exam my mouth and explain in details to me what procedure need to be done. My Kids had Dr Ashley Wright and they told me she is a wonderful Dentist and they would definitely return . My Daughter had Dr Corey for her Braces and he was very professional. I am schedule to meet with the hygienist and will do a review after to let you guys know. Overall I enjoyed my initial visit and the clean office . My favorite is the playlist ♥️❤️"
