"It's my pleasure to inform all who will listen. This has been the best experience ever with Dr. Yadav' an Staff! First you must know that God is Good an hE wiLL take care of you! and anything that concerns you. Without insurance for years. After the pandemic my job made insurance mandatory! I felt I could never afford any kind of health insurance living within my means. Single, no kids, no husband, and 15 hours away from family. Now that it was mandatory I had to use it. I mean I really wanted to use it an get started on the things I was insecure about. Walking in it was very clean an professional. Elizabeth was my go to, she made me feel very comfortable, Showed me what insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for and she spoke highly of Dr. Yadav! I had to commit! Got to the back a little nervous of what the end would be. Knowing I hadn't been to the dentist in a while (years) I started to think what they could be thinking. Kinda Embarrassing. Dr. Yadav was real nice an personable along with her assistant Chasity who stayed rite by her side. I became more comfortable. She stated we would come up with a plan over time. Inlays an more. We started with a cleaning made me feel better. I must say Chasity an Dr. Yadav an Elizabeth are Amazing! Chasity kept me calm! I really like Chasity! Made me feel like I could get thru the plan wE came up with that would be very affordable for me. I wanted to be complete within the year I told myself! I even had a small chip on my front tooth that made me even more insecure. Elizabeth came back in an said it was no charge to fix. smh you can not imagine how I felt. I cried actually like no one had ever been more nicer to me. but really no one could really understand! Angels in this Location . . . Prior to my last visit 12/29/2023 I asked to speck to Elizabeth who I was totally comfortable with but I had the pleasure of specking to an Amazing Professional Chauncie who I scheduled with. Her tone sounded like a professional. I wanted to know up front my responsibility before coming. She was on point with everything.I shared my concerns with completing the plan for the year and she got me in! Called me to reassure things. Reminder Emails help with encouragement to continue care with coupons! This location is Great an Very Professional! Finally met Chauncie an you could tell she's a beautiful soul that loved her job just as the rest of the staff mentioned prior. She fits in well. I watched her carry the front with kindness and teaching abilities. She even helped on the other side with computer systems. I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I also work in the medical field an that I'm a people watcher lol But what I try to give in this field every day, I definitely received here with Dr. Yadav' an her staff! I will continue to save my money to continue the best care with this office. They will help you achieve your goals! I'm happier now! I accomplished and succeeded. I'm very Thankful for it.
