"The process started off ok then Dr. Harris left and it was a revolving door of 7-8 doctors some only seeing once. Every one of them including the current Dr. was in hurry to de bond me and send me on my way. I was left sitting waiting to check fitment of trays for 1.5 hrs finally the tech said ok to go. Had to finish treatment w another orthodontist. Would recommend going to an office owned by an independent doctor and not part of a chain."

"My experience with braces braces was very good everyone in office is great however Samantha in billing has been nothing but rude every interaction I had with her left me feeling very bad . She speaks to you as if you are less then I found myself in a bad situation after going through some Medical issues I was out of work and fell behind on my payments . I filed bankruptcy to assist with me the debt I had . I informed Samantha I was under a 13 which allows me to still pay my debt over time I provided her with the contact information for my attorney and provided her with the proof of filing all I was advised to provide by my attorney . I reached back out to Samantha after sending the email she did not respond to my email and or have the corporate office or who ever handles bankruptcies reach out to me or the attorney . Braces braces did not show up to the hearing with debtors . After some months I was told my account was sent to collections. Mind you during the bankruptcy braces braces made zero contact to anyone to try resolve the debt and the minute i started working and got myself back in good health braces braces told me I could only have the braces removed per Samantha. I requested she give me a call and she stated because they never received anything my account was sent to collections every-time I started to speak I was interrupted. I ask that she allow me to speak and stop cutting me of and she hung up in my ear . I contacted the office manager and Samantha by email after that and Samantha told me I was dismissed i couldn’t believe she was so rude and dismissive . I requested contact information for corporate and I was told no that she spoke to corporate . I would like to file a complaint and I am going to make this a legal matter . The law was not followed and I was refused any assistance and denied corporate or any other resolution and to this day after I ask what was owed so I could pay I have not been provided any amount they still will not discuss the debt with me they just keep saying I owe and after 2 years and then having the correct address on file mail is still being sent to my old property which I have tenants in . If this review is seen by corporate I am still requesting a follow up this experience has been a nightmare and I would just like a proper resolution as well as some accountability when it comes to the handling of my bankruptcy ."

"This office is amazing! My son feels very comfortable interacting with the entire staff and even goes back for treatment by himself. This is a first for us. He’s just never wanted to do that at any other doctors office. Stephanie H. Is so gentle and amazing. She explains everything she’s doing as she works. My son doesn’t feel anxious about his appointments. He’s actually excited to go. Also the price point is better than anything else we researched! I highly recommend Braces Braces!"
