Front desk does not have a clear understanding of what’s going on with the Doctors, or who is even working in facility & the “deposit” to schedule an appointment changes each time you call. I don’t feel comfortable trusting them with our health & will be looking elsewhere. Hope they improve their work soon!"

She had 27 years dental experience and it showed! Dentist was as pleasant, kind, courteous and skilled as I could have asked for!"

"All in all, I was really pleased. Up-front caveat: they haven't yet done any procedure on me. However, I went in for a second (third, actually) opinion on a significant procedure. Their website said that they offered free second opinions if you brought in your treatment plan, and I found them through a Humana Dental Savings plan. Long story, they didn't recognize the Humana Dental Savings discount, and they said the second opinion offer was out-of-date, but they honored it anyway. That was very kind. I dealt with multiple staff, and they were gracious, professional, and courteous. Dr. Posey gave me a thorough education on my problem and heard out my questions. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and he even pulled in a tech who helped with a different kind of surgery to offer her counsel. He referred me to another specialist, which I took as a very positive sign because he recognized what he was good at and what would be better handled by another. Samantha was an excellect tech as well, very personal and thorough and courteous. Their billing office walked me through everything very patiently and told me about my options for payment. I was very impressed with this place. Sorry for the negative reviews I'm seeing, but I have a very positive experience with the place. I will say the scheduling was a bit impersonal; it sounded I got someone working at a call center when I called. They were nice, but it sounded like they were using a script. Still, I would recommend this place. If I didn't already have a dentist I liked so much, I would certainly switch to these guys."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this office as my family and I have been loyal patients for many years. I was scheduled with an out-of-network doctor without any prior notification. This has resulted in me having to pay deductibles for myself and my two children for cleanings that would have otherwise been fully covered twice a year. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past two months, but my calls have gone unanswered. No one has bothered to return my calls or address my concerns. I even went to the office in person, only to be told by the front desk personnel that they only had one doctor available and were too busy to notify everyone about the out-of-network doctor and charges. This is unacceptable. It is the responsibility of the office to inform patients of any changes that may affect their coverage and costs. I expected better from a practice I have been visiting for so many years. I will be on the search for a provider who values their patients and their time. * Edit- I have called the number provided below and reached the voicemail multiple times. I have sent an email as well, but again, no one is returning my call or email. Seems as this is a generic response by the dental office to negative feedback, but no actual attempts are actually being made on their end."
