"Had an appt but still waited an hour, the video for your first visit entirely accurate. Your first visit will only be to come up with a plan. They will not fix your pain that first visit. Everyone was very nice though."

"Not happy with service provided. Asked for an estimate to get work done and the amount was outrageous. I was able to go to Affordable dentures and get all my work done for what Aspen wanted as a deposit. Shop around before paying Aspen the amount to put you in a new vehicle!"

"I went because I was experiencing extreme pain. They did an exam (I have so much anxiety when it comes to the dentist the assistants were wonderful). They showed me what was going on and gave me options to fix it. The surgeon only comes once a month so I had to schedule an appointment for when he would next be in. What did they do for my pain? Nothing! I left with the same extreme pain I came in with. They gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and ibuprofen but I had already been doing that for two weeks with no relief hence making an appointment and I'll be waiting another 3 weeks until my appointment. The waiting is partially my fault because I need to be sleep due to my anxiety but they could have done something to keep me comfortable until the appointment"

"My experience was phenomenal. This clinic is very thorough. I have been getting dental services for years and this was the first time that I was taught about what was going on during my exam. Granted it was a little pricey but it was well worth the cost. The hygienist were so knowledgeable."
