"Had a tooth break, was in a lot of pain and bleeding. I called and finally they answered after several calls. I ask to get a extraction and am a self pay. They said they had no spots open for three months. They didnt show any empathy or care at all about my pain and situation. They were snarky and cold. I have been a patient here but only for cleanings prior. I called another dentist right after them and got treatment the same day. If you want to get treated like your dental emergency matters this is not your office. They may respond and say I havent been a patient there since 1887, but that's not true. Also if you have limited phone minutes, dont try and contact this office, your bill will go higher than gas prices."

"Nice front desk services , the hygienist so sweet but the women in her 50s who works as dental assistant seems to be in a hurry all the time ,she’s not delicate. I believe every customer deserve a nice service and time ,the same goes for the dentist he seems to be in a hurry . I believe that every procedure needs special care , doing a job in a hurry would cause injuries on patients and they would not sleep well because of the pain , they need to be more careful and hire extra people if they can’t deal with too much work ."
