I have been here a few times now and am beyond glad to have found this practice. I will, however, hope to keep Dr. Stephens as our family's provider. Rock of the Marne."

"While I've always had great experiences at Canton Dental Town, the holiday scheduling threw things off a bit recently. My husband and son had same-day appointments: one at 1:20 pm and another at 2:50 pm. We received confirmations for both, but they asked to reschedule our son Matthew at the last minute. Unfortunately, it seems like both appointments were cancelled without further explanation. To add to the confusion, my husband's appointment wasn't even listed in the system despite the confirmation text received days before. This was unlike my past experiences, where the admin desk has always been proactive in scheduling dates that work for our family. Overall, I still love the care we receive at Canton Dental Town, but the communication breakdown during the busy holiday season was a bit disappointing. I hope they can smooth things out for future appointments."

"At first i was iffy because we got several text with several different times for our daughter procedure. She had to be put to sleep and it just seemed like they couldn’t get it together. Then once we got there we had to wait over an hour past our scheduled time to go back. Which was rough since our daughter couldn’t eat after midnight. A 3 year old doesn’t quite understand not being able to eat or drink but we survived. All of my worry was put to rest once we got back. Everyone we came into contact with was absolutely amazing!! The whole team took such good care of my girl! And they filled us in on every detail necessary. They answered any questions we had. By far the best dentist."

"I had to switch dentist offices due to my last one not accepting my child’s insurance. Let me just say, I am SO thankful that happened. Had it not, I would not have found Dental Town. Today made the second time we’ve visited. The dentist, Dr. McMoran, was very nice and was great with my daughter. The dental assistant, I believe her name was Brianna, was very nice as well. All around great experience! I highly recommend this dental office! I wish I would have known about them sooner."
