"Recommend. Nice hotel. Easy access from Interstate 75. Location is surrounded by restaurants. Walmart is within walking distance. Staff welcoming. Only saw one luggage cart. It was a struggle to push! The tires appeared soft/flat. Wheels did not track the same direction when pushed. Took two people to push. Surprised there weren't holes in the drywall! The cart went from side to side down hall. Definitely feel Marriott brand could do better than this. Overall, good experience here."

"Room was the most basic I've ever seen in a Marriott Brand nationally or internationally. Room had some permanent stains in various places and mirror had a permanent mark/scratch across the middle. Breakfast and coffee was great. Front desk staff was expressionless and emotionless-the bare minimum."

"Great location and newly renovated . We paid extra to have a suite but couldn't get the TV in there to stream our video but the manager said they'd look into it. The breakfast break area was nice and friendly. The biscuits and gravy were yummy."

The terrifying incident occurred when I was in my room and could hear a heated argument escalating in the hallway. It quickly became evident that a housekeeper was involved, and her rage was directed at both a fellow employee and a guest. The language and tone being used were nothing short of horrifying, and I could hear aggressive shouting and profanity echoing through the corridor. What made matters worse was the apparent lack of intervention from hotel management or security. It seemed as though the chaos was allowed to continue unchecked. As the minutes passed, I genuinely feared for my safety, wondering if this volatile situation might escalate into something even more dangerous. The fact that this hotel allowed such an incident to unfold without any apparent intervention is absolutely inexcusable. It not only put my well-being at risk but also cast a dark shadow over the entire establishment's reputation. I paid for a safe and comfortable stay, not to be subjected to a hostile and potentially dangerous environment. I cannot stress enough how deeply disturbing this experience was. It's clear that the hotel has serious issues with staff training and security protocols. I implore anyone considering staying here to think twice and prioritize their safety and peace of mind. My stay at this hotel will forever be marred by this horrifying incident, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation where your safety and comfort are genuinely valued."
