"Beware Beware!!!!!! Poor Management!!!!! I lived here for almost 3 years. I don't even know where to start. After calling corporate several times, I couldn't get the $200 dollar a month water meter fixed and because it wasn't repaired it caused my electric bill to be even higher! I was constantly ignored altogether. Even though it was costing me money, the manager act as if I was boring her every time I addressed her. Please don't call or go into the office. It's like you're walking into their home unannounced. My upstairs neighbor's noise was so loud it was like construction was being done every day. I would sit in my car for peace ( in this so call luxury apartment. )The price only was luxury We lived with over 20 cats littering. Feces and urine on the walk and stairwell daily. They destroyed the trash left outside our doors for days waiting on the valet trash service that we paid for! I can on and on. Don't live here! Run! Don't walk away!"

"My apartment flooded on Christmas Day due to a busted pipe. Things happen, life happens, I was upset but understanding that this was no one’s fault. After over two months since the flood, the carpet is still not replaced, and black mold has taken over my apartment making it unlivable for months now. I have received calls and emails asking if I was content with the repairs, even though the repairs were never done. Finally got a crew in to repair the walls and the crew brought it broke majority of my furniture and left my apartment in disarray…. All while requiring my to still pay rent for a place that was not liveable. Stay away from this place and heads up to anyone who moves into apartment 6308 - it’s covered in black mold!"

"Do not live here. Crazy rent prices for terrible customer service/amenities. Listed below are just a few complaints I have with this place. Paying the OUTRAGEOUS fee to break the lease was well worth it. (3 months rent, loss of deposit, PLUS inspection fees where they tried to charge us for stuff that we had to contest) The gate will never work. It’s been broken for literal years. No matter how many emails they send about getting it fixed it’s not getting fixed. So it’s not a gated community. If you like to smoke any kind of anything, this is the community for you. Every time I open my cabinets the smell hits me like crazy. Also the water quality is literally disgusting. The only time I ever got a response from customer service people was when I got persistent and rude, which I hate doing. Lastly, you can see by my multiple pictures that the “amenities” they force you to pay for are poorly maintained. We lived there for almost 2 years and they pressure washed the stairs ONCE. The trash service that you are required to pay for is a joke. I could genuinely go on and on about how horribly personal situations were handled for me, but this review would be a whole novel and I hope people actually read this and don’t live here. Go across the street to Station 75. The rent prices aren’t that different and you will be insanely happier there."
