"Average pool store not a lot of technical help."

"Very disappointed in Leslie’s Pools. They sell you a product, take your money and will not even service the product when it is under warranty. I bought and had Leslie install a Raypak heater for my pool. The heater breaks after 2 months. They made me wait another month for someone to come out to service it only to be told they couldn’t replace it or fix it. That I needed to call Raypak. Which I am not having any luck with them either. My advice is to find a more reliable pool supplier that will back the products they sell and give you good customer service. Very disappointed in Leslie’s."

"I got one of those new walmart pools with the skimmer. Forgot I needed chemicals and went to Leslie's for it. OMG the price of chlorine tablets are through the roof. People there are very helpful though."

"Clerk was very knowledgeable and personable. He would have gotten 5 stars except while assisting me in the store, he took a phone call from another customer and had me waiting about 10 minutes (while they talked about that customer's issues). That should NEVER happen to an active customer already being served in the store. If he couldn't answer the customer on the phone quickly, that call should have been put on hold or handled via a callback..."

"Stopped by for a filter. Large Guy was on the phone. Never made eye contact with me. Walked around for several minutes and found what I was looking for. Stood at front counter another 5 minutes to still not be acknowledged. Walked out without my filter. Great customer service. It is employees like this that are really bringing our workforce down."
