"We are extremely pleased with the entire process. Their proposal was thorough and I was able to get a vision of the outcome because of the picture with arrows. Nick, Axel and Cory were friendly and did a fabulous job. The owner Jason also stopped by to check in. We can’t wait to do our pool area and backyard !"
"We absolutely love our new lights. The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional. They worked hard the entire time they were at our house. Our permanent Christmas lights are so much fun and look amazing. The workman ship, time and care the crew put in really shows. This is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone. Wanted to add to our review. We had a warranty issue come up. OLP had us on schedule and the issue resolved in less than three days. This was also during the holiday. I will say it again, I recommend OLP to everyone."
"Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Atlanta is the best in complete outdoor lighting. 1) They are responsive from your first inquiry to designed follow up, 2) They are knowledgeable because they are well trained, 3) They are problem solvers for any aspect. I recently had an issue due to lightening. Response and fix were prompt and complete. And, if it ever happens again, an alternative action was offered. I don't know what more I could ask for. Compared to every other option they are still the best all after the initial installation."
"Jason and his team were excellent in the whole process from beginning to end, most responsive company I've ever dealt with. This company is the definition of overachievers, I highly recommend them. The quality of lighting is amazing with timers and adjustable brightness and the insight Jason has as far as where to place the lights are unmatched, house came out looking amazing."
"$8400 FOR THIS?? Read this BEFORE making a decision on hiring OLP. I generally prefer not to leave a review at all if it isn't positive, but I had to share my experience with OLP. I have also attached photos. Ask yourself if this level of work is satisfactory to you. PRE-SALE: During the initial consultation, Jason, a franchisee from OLP designed a landscape lighting system with strategic placement for the front, rear, and backyard of the house. He assured the me that the wiring would be protected by a conduit and stapled in place, which was a MAJOR selling point as our previous system had been damaged by severed wires. The initial consultation with Jason went well, although he made snub comments about our existing fixtures. Jason explained the installation process, which included trenching, conduit protection, and stapling the wiring in place, all of which were important selling points for my wife and I. Our main reason for hiring OLP was to replace a previous system with severed wires. We decided to replace our existing landscape lighting system with all new equipment to avoid cutting corners, even though the old fixtures were fine. We made the decision to do this for a superior installation, to avoid future wiring problems and for the warranty coverage. After receiving a text promising two additional light fixtures if we moved forward this week, we made the initial payment. INSTALLATION: On the day of installation, Jason and one installer arrived, with additional installers expected later. We walked the job, confirmed placement, and Jason suggested adding an extra fixture to improve coverage. I pointed out that this should have been in the original quote, and After a bit of back and forth, Jason accepted the oversight on his part and included the extra fixture. During the installation, Jason suggested additional lighting for some areas, but when I pointed out that this would change the original quote, this escalated into a heated debate. Eventually, Jason repositioned the lighting to accommodate his oversight. Once the techs said that they completed the work, I paid the final balance, and was satisfied with the illumination of the house. POST-SALE: However, the following morning, my wife discovered that the wiring was clearly visible in many areas around the house. I went outside and confirmed that the wiring was NOT trenched as promised, nor was it wrapped in a protective conduit as promised. I assumed that maybe this was just another oversight... I communicated my concerns with him and his office. They asked for photos of the areas that needed attention, and I sent photos of the issues. About a week later (yesterday), Jason came back out to my house with his employee Julian to 'make things right'. Early in the morning, I found myself being spoken to by Jason in a very condescending tone of voice as he argued with me, saying that he never promised to bury the cabling. Jason also said he never promised to run the cabling through a protective conduit. Was this yet another 'oversight' on Jason's part? At this point, I was beyond shocked as Jason knew for a fact that the previous lighting system had suffered multiple cuts in the low-voltage line, which was the primary reason for having him come out to install the new lighting system. I was taken aback by how combative Jason was while I was explaining my concerns to him. His character had completely changed from the time he was taking my money to now that there was an issue needing to be addressed. Jason also scolded me for sending too many pictures of the problem before he had a chance to come out to the property. I reminded Jason that it was his office that had asked me for the pictures to see what needed revision. Jason promised more than what was delivered and then when confronted about it, he took it personal, became combative, tried to convince me that my concerns false and said that "sorry" is all he can say. I am all for accepting apologies, but this just isn't right."
