"Don’t bother calling because they won’t answer their phone. Also, don’t bother taking your time out of your day going to the swimming pool if you’re not apart of the school. In other words, this place is not open to the public."
"Absolutely terrible customer service at the ARC. Entitled ladies were trying to talk down the front desk in the office into lower pricing and adding people to their accounts without the person being present. The girl at the front desk in the office wouldn’t even make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence while I waited an extra 20 minutes for these women to ask hundreds of questions. This gym sucks anyways, way too many people and the machines are broken. I know you can get your membership renewed at the front desk when you first walk in but the girl at that desk also refused to help me, even though I’ve renewed my membership this way before. Then on my way out I asked the front desk near the front doors about where to find the classes for the ARC listed. Both the guy and the girl working looked at me like they had no idea what was going on and like I was burdening them somehow by simply asking questions. Not worth $35 a month especially with their crazy hours that impede on the time that you get to go there. This is definitely my last time coming here, I regret now purchasing 2 months seeing how they will probably close the ARC down during the holidays. What is the point of having an alumni membership if your hours only cater to the students and close down for weeks at a time? It's robbery, honestly. Especially with the increase from $30 to $35. It's insulting after having to listen to those women add kid after kid for $10 each and they had some kind of special membership that only cost $15 for them. It's already over run with people and UTC is doing its typical money grab, over selling memberships and never updating the machines. There aren't even thick pads here to use for ab workouts etc."
"You have to have a utc ID card to get into the building. I’m a student here and I lost my utc ID. If I were to get a replacement ID that’s $40. It used to be $15 to get a replacement piece of plastic. So I refuse to get one. So now I have to go up to the front desk 4 days a week and manually give them my mocs ID to be manually let in, which is also annoying for the staff. Really annoying that’s the only way to get into the building. My boyfriend is an alumni. The students used to get a discount when you’re an alumni. They don’t do that anymore. Now alumni have to pay full price. On top of a hassle because the staff always seem to get tremendously confused at the concept of an alumni with a student ID not being an active student at the university. Always takes 15+ minutes to get a day pass for him. Such a scam for students and ever since Covid the audacity to jack up prices makes me sick. It’s a nice gym. But not that nice. Do better to your current and GRADUATED students. We pay for this gym to function each semester we go here!!"

"This place was great for our field trip with the Saddle Ridge school. I never knew this was in Chattanooga. The kids had lots of fun. It does require a membership for individuals to go. Follow us on YouTube as Cozy Queen Adventures."
