"Both of my kids go here. I have never felt safer with a daycare and pre-K in my life. We had a lot of bad experiences and other daycare‘s and we’re very nervous at first we have been there now for two years and I recommend it to any parent that believes in a safe environment with educational values. The teachers are amazing . The Director is on her A Game . We could not ask for a better place to have children."

"Highlights- Dangerous, problems/concerns are not addressed, VERY WEAK management, Bay Springs location is a huge mistake for your children!!!!!!!! That’s the best way to sum it up!!!!!!!!! (STAY AWAY) It does not matter hot it is outside. Those children could be out there for hours WITHOUT WATER...I would pick up my daughter and immediately give her water. She would immediately drink 3 cups of water before we even leave the daycare she was that thirsty. When the heat index is 103 degrees kids should not be outside that long with no water!!!! There are teachers that will hit children and nothing will be done about it!!! There are kids that would be left outside nothing done about it!!!! There are one year old kids in the infant classes terrorizing the baby’s daily……Which this issue was presented to Brandy Underwood and nothing was done about it……The food ohh that’s another review within itself!!!!!!!!!(STAY AWAY) Brandy Underwood is the director, it is her job to lead. Which she is NOT doing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Issues would be brought to Brandy Underwood’s attention through STAFF AND PARENTS and the issues were never fixed. Do yourself and your child a favor and AVOID this daycare at all cost!!!!!!They're not worth the hassle or the price.!!!!!!! (STAY AWAY) JUST REMEMBER YOUR CHILD IS WORTH MORE THAN SUNBROOK ACADEMY AT BAYSPRINGS!!!!!!"

"Highlights- Dangerous, problems/concerns are not addressed, weak management, your child will sit in their urine for hours, they're not able to effectively handle any child with delays. We were at Sunbrook Bay Springs for about two months. Prior to that we were at Sunbrook Mirror Lake (the Mirror Lake location is fantastic). We moved daycares so that our daughter would be able to get into a county program. Unfortunately moving her to the Bay Springs location was a huge mistake. It does not matter hot it is outside. Those children could be out there for hours WITHOUT WATER. They put the children outside so that they can combine classrooms and send teachers home. In the two months that they were there we only saw one time where water was outside for them. We would pick up our daughter and immediately give her water. She would immediately drink one or two sippy cups before we even left the day care she was that thirsty. When the heat index is 106 degrees toddlers should not be outside that long. Many times when we would pick her up she was drenched through her clothes in urine. She evidently had been sitting in it for hours because when we took her back to the bathroom she had a full bladder. One person cannot help parents potty train 15 children. Consistently she was not being checked or changed. We would voice these concerns to everyone from her teacher to the Assistant Director to the Director Brandie. We would not have a problem the next day but after that we seemed to be back at square one. When I spoke with Brandie on the phone she told me that she would say something and hoped it would get fixed. She's the director, it is her job to lead. We met communicated all of our issues through letters, emails, in person, phone calls with her teachers and management and the issues were never fixed. They do not even update the app that they advertise. If your child has difficulty speaking they're pretty much SOL. My toddler can talk some and uses some baby signs as well as point and communicate. That does not matter though. Unless they can speak and/ or are very difficult to deal with they will be forgotten about. Do yourself and your child a favor and avoid this daycare. They're not worth the hassle especially for the price."

"Sunbrook @ Bay Springs have the best teachers and directors. They make you feel like you’re a part of the family. My daughter just turned 4 and she always comes home saying how much fun she had at school. We’ve been a part of the family since she was a baby and I highly recommend Sunbrook ☺️"

"We love this school! The staff are so friendly. Communication to the teachers is very easy. We recently moved here so I was worried about the transition of a new school. Sunbrook, I feel has gone over and beyond to help my daughter and I feel welcomed and valued. My daughter told this week that her teacher Ms. Kristen is her best friend. If you are looking for a day care or preschool I would highly recommend Sun brook in Villa Rica."
