"There is so many things wrong with this Kroger. For starters, this has to be the only Kroger in America where the pharmacy opens at 9am. I dropped a prescription off on Wednesday afternoon, the rep told me it would be ready in 45 mins. When I didn’t receive a text, I called & they said my medicine wouldn’t be ready until Saturday. It shouldn’t take 3 days to fill a prescription when the medicine is available. The freezer items are never stocked. The deli has went up on their hot food items. The stock is dirty!!! I hardly go to this location and I see why I stopped. Someone needs to sue them. Seriously."

"The pharmacy at this location has the worst employees I have ever dealt with. Larry the older black man is very rude and treats me like he is better than me. The younger white female is very distant and acts very immature. There is also two black women that are very rude.I will call Corporate office."

As a former employee of the Food and Drug Administration in Atlanta, Georgia, I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism displayed by the entire team, from the essential workers to the less prominent positions. They make every visit a delightful experience! One of the things I learned during my time as a Food Inspector was that a strong odor emanating from the seafood department is a major concern. However, at Kroger, I am amazed that I never detect any scent of seafood, even when I stand right next to the seafood counter! This speaks volumes about the exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail maintained by the best seafood staff in the area. Pharmacy is the best health care prescription that I have ever experienced. Always willing to help. They are my first source of information if I have a question my medication questions. From the staff to the technicians, such a fun place. They make you feel like you’re the most important person in the world and will do whatever they have to do to make sure you get your proper medication in the proper time. The produce section at Kroger is consistently outstanding. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, vibrant, and of the highest quality. It's evident that the staff takes great care in selecting the best produce for their customers. The variety available is impressive, and I always find exactly what I need for my meals. And let's not forget about the meat and poultry selection at Kroger! The pork, beef, chicken, and everything else are all top-notch. The freshness and tenderness are unparalleled, guaranteeing a delightful dining experience. The staff in this department is always willing to go the extra mile, answering my questions and even suggesting better deals than what I initially had in my cart. Their knowledge and friendly demeanor make every interaction a pleasure. The bakery and hot food sections at Kroger deserve special mention.
