Literally Sat in waiting room for 5hrs,had vitals taken 3xs,once in the waiting room,a month later received a 1700$ bill for "labs" that I never received and an er visit that never happened! I will never go back again! HORRIBLE"

"Run as fast as you can. I wouldn't take my cat there. It should be shut down. Dr. Cheung ruined my life, I had to go on disability because of him and his pathetic staff. He tore up my arm. Lost my job my home home. Took 5 years and 3 states to find a Dr.to repair all the damage he did. Many phone calls to administration and Dr. Cheung nothing done. 8 years later nothing. "One of the top 200 hospitals in the United States of America nestled in a small Appalachian Univerty town serving Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. My two grandson's began life here, and I couldn't be more grateful. Seeing the helicopter ambulances bringing in the sick working three helipads and the dedication of some great doctors, but what really hit me most was a doctor doing her rounds hanging on to a wagon pulling her young children from room to room. Being so close to the Daniel Boone forests, I'd imagine if Jed Clampet was still around, his kin folk would never have said move away from here! Thank you so much. "We Are Marshall""

"This review is from the perspective of someone accompanying a loved one for a surgical procedure. First off, the waiting rooms are horribly uncomfortable and crowded. I was lucky to find a seat in the hallway that was less crowded but the chairs are terrible (no armrests, bolted to the floor, and little padding). There are fewer people here but that's balanced out by a constant beeping coming from a utility room. It beeps 5 times in a row every 15 seconds. I've been in this hallway for about 2 hours so far, and if my math is correct, I've heard this group of beeps 480 times (2,400 individual beeps) so far with many more to come. There's a TV in the hallway but it's on the wrong wall and the chairs are underneath it. I turned it off because it was making everyone crazy. I've never wanted to watch MASH, let alone listen to it from overhead. Additionally, it's dirty here. The carpet is old and dingy and needs cleaning. Also, the pre-op rooms aren't rooms, they're a large shared space with curtains to separate people, like you'd expect to see in an ER. Currently the guy beside me in the hallway is watching TikTok videos at full volume. He apparently forgot to bring his headphones. The only bathroom around is tightly surrounded by chairs and people and I'm praying to God that no one needs to defecate, myself included. Overall this has been a torturous experience. The people are nice enough but the facility is awful. If you're planning on being here all day, get ready."
