"Service states from 11am-5 pm and no one has come out for the pass 20-30 mins. I really needed a tire and had to drive another 10mins to a different service center! Just sad!"

"BAD EXPERIENCE! I went in due to my engine light being on , tech looked and said work done to fix would be 658. I agreed and left went back to work. A few hours later went to pick up and was told it needed something "they" could not do but did change out some parts and was just a " band-aid" by manager but still charged me 658.. so I'm out the money and still have broke truck. Manager was no help and gave a dead email address for district manager. Filed case thru jiffy lube and never heard back. Lost my future business, I would think about other options than this place.."

"I moved to Tallahassee from a place that had these Jiffy Lube multi-care centers. I LOVE this place. Soooooooo much better than Take-5. I couldn't believe it when I saw this one because we've never had Jiffy Lube here before. Just to give you an idea of why I love it here, they're very fast with the lubes, and they will help you with a lot of other stuff as well. I went in for a lube on Saturday and went back on Monday for new brake pads and rotors. They'll do headlight restoration, and other stuff as well. It's so nice to have a team of professionals that are fair, honest and competent. You definitely want to check 'em out!"

"I did Oil change and tire rotation they did not reset my maintenance requirement sign. I asked them to do it seems like they don’t care. They keep pointing one each other’s I feel very hopeless also they did not put the sticker how many miles I can drive. my tire has a low pressure as a courtesy They did not put any air. Very disappointing. Very very disappointing never gonna go back. Also person who checked me out keep using F.. word out of his own frustrations. Don’t know how they run this place."
