Take 5 Oil Change

"This will be my last trip to Take 5 Oil Change. These people have no idea what they are doing. On my previous trip to get my oil changed they left screws out of the engine splash pan which ultimately fell off. It is now held up with tie wraps put on by Take 5 Oil Change. This time, they had my entire glove compartment disassembled trying to replace the inside air filter. It took approximately 30 minutes for them to get my glove compartment assembled back into its proper position and working correctly. Even then they left the contents of the glove compartment all over the floor boards. DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!"

"I went in for an oil change. There was a kid running around in the bay. Friendly kid but I don't think it's safe for an 8/9yr old to be in a car service center running around. I was charged $3.99 shop fee. I was told this fee was for me using their facility. There were no signs posted for this extra fee. I feel, if you want customers who pay for services rendered, don't charge them extra for actually coming for the services."

"I went there to have my tire pressure checked and an untrained worker put air in my tires… I don’t know exactly how much but as soon as I left the store my tire popped. I called back a few minutes later to report what had just happened and was given excuses on how the worker putting too much air in my was not their responsibility. I say that that is totally impossible & unprofessional to service a vehicle and not be liable for the actions for any registered Corporate business. I would like my tire replaced because it was fine before your employees serviced it. Please have the appropriate Responsible Management contact me on this matter."
