"The people were good but I just don't care much for the store"

"After a poor experience in a nearby store, without any acknowledgment whatsoever, I came into Finish line hoping for better results. It was between 11am and 12n on 9-18-21, and the girl working the counter immediately greeted me and was more then accommodating. She wasn't over bearing, simply friendly and willing to help, exactly how I prefer my customer interactions, got me what I needed, and sent me on my way. Friendly and efficient! Great customer service, and an awesome pair of shoes. Very recommended!"

"Employees never have no idea what is going on. Rarely ever have sizes available. I’ve never been to a finish line where they don’t ask for your rewards winner circle information when your checking out with hundreds of dollars in sneakers. I’ll continue to drive to PA! :)"

"was looking for another pair of shoes to add to my rotation of work shoes. i work retail and know good cutomer srevice when i see it. after looking around the store for some shoes that i wanted to try on. one of the guys on staff once he ws done with the customer he was with asked how i was and if there was any shoes i would like. the employees name was KERRION. so i tried on a few pair and asked him for his advice on a pair good comfort and support. he said let me suggest this type and he whent back and got one. he was correct it was what i was looking for. i thanked him and he asked is there anything else i can do for you. i checked out and was pleased with my purchase. why its important that i recgnize KERRION, is that he provided exalant customer service and knew his product. also to note he had a smile on his face and was approchable what is not very common in certain places. to all and any that read this he should be commended for his service skills and aknolaged. thank you Paul"

"Just found my receipt in my purse and realized I needed to let you know that you have an awesome employee in (0075875) Nicholas at store #123!! I went in on 8/16/2017 to just look at shoes and there were about 7 families there. He was moving from one family to the next and giving very detailed information about which shoe to purchase and why. It didn't take him long at all to help us out either (even measuring my foot). I was super impressed with his knowledge and customer service!!! He sold us shoes (and socks) that I was not planning on purchasing at the time (was only looking) but am so glad I did!!! He is a wonderful employee that needs to be commended!!! Great Job Nicholas!!!"
