"I went in ask the guy to put JESUS on my hat, he got all weird said he had to call his manager to make sure he could put that on a hat. How disrespectful!!! You can put drug stuff with no hesitation but get all weird on religious stuff. Never again will I step foot in that store."

"Horrible customer service. Apparently the guy working on 9/12 doesn't like to answer the phone. The first time I called he eventually answered. I lost service for about 4 seconds and he quickly hung up on me. Then I called back multiple times and he wouldn't answer. After driving 40 minutes to the store he tells me the embroidering machine is broken. I offered to leave the hats with him and pick them up later but he wouldn't take them. He also didn't know whether they could embroider the material. He tells me the girl that works the machine will be in later but when I call later, still nobody would answer the phone to tell me if they had it working. Luckily the girl working in the evening was much more helpful."
