"I have had a mysterious shake/vibration and have had my car at 3 shops; last shop said I have one possibly 2 bent rims, one out of balance and one bad tire. I went in for a balance check and a balance on the one tire and I have NEVER had a shop care to help unless the situation was beneficial to them. The assistant manager Michael went above and beyond and also had assistance from many other workers, checking and balancing all tires as well as inspecting the rims, not to benefit them due to getting the sale, they did this all (including repair one tire I bought less than a week ago, clearly damaged) for the price of the one balance. They generally were concerned with the issue and tried to assist in any way they could. These men have no clue how much they restored my faith in humanity. Although I still have shake I do know it is more than likely not tire related and it gives me the opportunity to explore other options without waisting 600.00 on rims not needed."

This is definitely more than just a "tire shop". The front desk and manager try to get it is when we are available. Caleb, our usual mechanic, goes above and beyond to ensure our vehicle is safe and secure before we get back on the road. I'm grateful for their work, and the care they use in doing it."
