"My car was the result of vandalism attempting to steal my Kia while working as a night nurse. My estimate which was approve by the Service Advisor and my Insurance Claims Agent went from 2000$ to 2700$ upon picking up the car after waiting 2 months for work to be done. I am still missing a window trim from the broken window. I have yet to receive an itemized bill which was charged to my credit card after I asked my son to get my car while out of the country to bury my mother. Spoke with the GM who assured me the Service Manager would detail my estimate to see why I was billed almost $800 more. I got my car out of that dealer after been told by the customer service rep to take my keys and remove my car out of the parking lot. Until now I am waiting for my final itemized bill. Kia should be ashamed of treating customers like this while their cars have become number one on the stolen list. As a single mom who give of my service as a nurse I did not feel I was been charged fairly. Still waiting for my bill."
