Leadership should recognize the value that she brings to every store that she's worked at relative to customers and associates for several years"

"I got a coffee today the same one I always do it looked a bit dark so I asked for a little more oat milk. Wyatt was so rude about it telling me he can do that unless he re-rings me up for a latte. Literally have never had an issue with my drink nor have I ever had a problem at this location. Usually everyone is super nice and sweet. He needs to be spoken to about his customer service and retrained on how to handle an issue with a paying customer appropriately. I just took the drink back went down the street to the other Starbucks. They agreed with me and fixed it with no problem ! I love this Starbucks but unfortunately will not be returning because of Wyatt !"

"Absolutely love this location! Truly is a hidden gem! Every time I come the wait is not long compared to other locations. The food is always warm and the staff here are very kind! Thankful this one is about 3 minutes from home!
