"This place should be sued into oblivion, they're causing folks including myself much grief posing as a place to receive help."
"Called up there to check on status of my wife ( who was being ignored ) ( my wife’s black ) and when I called the number to ask what going on lady at front was super helpful until she transferred me to supervisor nurse. I began to ask “ whats going on with my wife?” In detail like I did with the First Lady. Guess what happens next She hangs the phone up in my face. So if your BLACK DONT GO HERE THE SUPERVISORS ARE UNHELPFUL UNPROFESSIONAL WILL IGNORE FROM THE POINT OF YOU WALK THROUGH TILL GONE. it almost feels like she was upset she had to help a black person. ( I shared my experience to give help to the person to let them know what you MAY experience while being treated here ) ( Wish I could give you Sups name but as I said she was improfessional and hung up the phone didn’t give name nothing ) ( just sounded like they smoked 90 Marlboro 100’s a Day with intent of self harm )"
"Leave if you ever get BOSQUET as your Dr. Took my wife there in her early pregnancy when she was having concerning cramps and the Dr who other then an ultrasound (too early in pregnancy to see anything anyway) did no testing, especially HTC testing, diagnosed a miscarriage. Which normal procedure is blood drawn to watch levels fall. As confirmed by the obgyn. His bedside manner was atrocious, the second time the following month when my wife actually did miscarry did also only did an ultrasound and no follow up blood tests. The nurses were fantastic and sympathetic. The dr has zero bedside manner and according to the other drs, no idea what he’s doing. A family friend who has know heart problems went in as well with chest pains and BOSQUET refused to to ekg her quoting she was “too young for heart attack” Unfortunately, unless we walk out and don’t file complaints with our insurance this jackass will continue to practice freely, and the last thing we need in an already broken medical system is doctors who are unskilled and belligerent to the people who pay them"
"Took my fiance there because he did something to his back and couldn't sit or barely stand. The lady at the front was extremely rude. After standing for 30 mins waiting they proceeded to make him walk down 3 long hallways to fast track. The physician assistant never laid a hand on him. Listened for about 2 minutes, gave him a shot of steroid and morphine. Handed him 4 percocets and sent us on our way all within 10 mins so we stopped at our PCP on our way home to get more help. No interest in actually helping him. Horrible emergency room. We will never go back."
"I had to take my mother to the emergency room on 1/22/22 at Weirton medical emergency room. The nurse that was taking my mom’s information was rude and very impatient with my mom. She instantly started speaking to her very loudly. I told Nurse Black that she isn’t hard of hearing she just needs to get her thought process together. Nurse Black didn’t show any bedside kindness at all but to continue to be rude. When she closed the drape I said to my mom she was very rude. Which I knew she heard this comment. She had the audacity to ask me what I said. Which I told her she was rude. She stated she wasn’t and sorry I felt like that in a condescending way.I wouldn’t want this nurse to treat another elderly person the way she did my mom. I do want to mention kudos to Dr Cygan, Nurse James & Nurse Nancy great bedside kindness and patience. Karen Moore"
