"DISGUSTING public restroom. Poop all over the toilet. You all need to clean that restroom. Yet wan to get mad when customers want to use the employee only restroom. The condition you all keep the restroom is a reflection of how you all keep your restroom at home. I guess that’s filthy too."

"It's laziness, when they put up a sign on the bathroom door that says for employees only. So they don't have to clean it . So I drove to another store a spent my 50 and they let me use their bathroom."

"Staff is rude cretins I was looking at the debit cards and was taking my time minding my own business trying to Google the cards to see which one had the best benefit and staff kept walking up asking me questions and giving me the eye as if I was trying to steal a 2 dollar debit card finally I had enough and explained I was trying to find the best card for me and why was I being harassed and ha clerk named Patricia told me I could just go elsewhere and I shop in there everyday wow"

"I was so excited to have this store in the area.......till it opened. The employees are great, unfortunately it’s over shadowed by the fact this particular store is so busy they don’t have time to stock the shelves. Dollar general doesn’t want to give anyone besides the manager 40 hours a week because they’d have to provide them with health insurance. This store is right by a busy lake community, no grocery stores within 10 miles. This store should’ve been a God send to us but since the shelves are always empty you can’t seem to purchase anything. Seasonal items are always way late getting out too. I’m adding all the pictures of the empty shelves and coolers I took this week. Im to the point I don’t even want to stop here and waste my time, I just either go to DG on 36 or somewhere else. This stores is over crowded due to unpacked supplies all over the store. Lines are usually long. I have nothing nice to say about this store except the employees are nice and appear to work hard. Send these employees help! You are under staffed."

"The employees could use a lot of instruction in customer interaction. I've been going there since it opened and it seems to me that it's a training issue. The way the employees interact with the customers makes it obvious that they've not been taught how to. My intention is to help this store, not get employees in trouble. The other people around here I know, agree with my opinion, we usually feel like we are an inconvenience for them. I don't believe that is what the employees think of the customers. Just lack of training. Most of the dollar general stores are that way. Again a training issue. Everything else seems fine. Inventory is usually well stocked. The store always looks clean and neat. The employees are well dressed and sharp looking. Overall, a 4 star. Fix the training issue and it would be 5."
