"We had an AWFUL experience here Sunday evening. Everyone’s meal came out at different times and one person didn’t receive their meal until we asked for the check. The salt and pepper shrimp had NO FLAVOR whatsoever. When we brought it to our waitress attention, she began talking loudly and arguing that she told us when ordering they don’t use a sauce. The issue is not a sauce, the issue was the lack of salt and pepper” in the dish coined as such. She finally took the plate but we could hear her yelling in the back. We also asked for a manager and she claimed she was the manager. Very rude, condescending waitress. I felt the vibe the moment we began ordering and should have left then! Please stop spending your money at places with people who do not value your patronage. This place was not worth the price paid and a gratuity was added when she truly did not earn it."
"Customer service was really great! The crab ragoons were the best I've had (they were full) they were superb the baby moon roll also the best I've had the spicy mayo popped off. I loved the sesame chicken we both subbed noodles for rice, the noodles were a lil bland on their own but they went really well with our main courses. My partners generals tsos was great loved the peppers a lil spice but not over bearing full of flavor. It is a little expensive but we had enough left iver to eat for late night snack. 2 people could easily share one main dish together. We will definitely be back ❤️"
"I've been getting sushi from Chin Chin for years now-both locations-and this is the first time my roll felt gritty. I have never had the Empress Roll before and the first few pieces were really good and fresh, but by about the 5th piece, it felt like I was literally eating sand. I had the avocado spring roll first for an appetizer and there was no issue there-it's always good. Pretty disappointed and I feel like I just ate shrimp that wasn't cleaned properly or, worse, had been dropped on the ground or something. If I hadn't driven 25 minutes home before I tasted it, I definitely would have taken it back. I hope that never happens again."
"Hefty portion which is really the only saving grace here. Chicken lo mein and pepper beef is generally lacking in flavor. Most of the pepper beef is bell peppers. Most of the chicken lo mein is noodles. Not really what you expect for a $16+ dish. Disappointed in the lack of flavor and lack of protein. Super yummy roll is just not very good. For the price your money is better spent elsewhere."
"Delicious as always I used to eat them when I lived in Cobb county we would order it at the office. This is my first time trying to Ponce location and also ordering sushi from them. Who knew they would have some really delicious sushi! I highly recommend them especially when you’re trying to grab some decent Chinese food in Atlanta"
