"When you order a prime rib medium well and they bring it to your table rare it’s kind of difficult to eat it. So I ate 20% of a $30 steak and they wouldn’t even accommodate the price like they should have my wife had the country fried steak and it was so disgusting looking like they haven’t changed their fryer oil in a decade. So here we are eating 20% of our entrée for the full price. I would recommend the service but I do not recommend the food. You figured the most expensive steak on the menu should be problem free but here we are, wishing we went to outback"

"Great place for a late lunch at the bar! I got salmon without the shrimp and had it gone before i could get a picture lol! It was great with a voodoo ranger from the tap!"

"Just a few nights ago, my family and I were heading out to eat. But the place we chose had a wait of more than an hour and a half. So we decided on Logan's. It was 13 in our party.When we arrived they said it would be about a 20 minute wait, which was fine. Our waiter was so kind and attentive to our needs. Our food was out in a timely manner. By the time we all finished our meals and were packing up our to-go boxes, my phone pinged and said your table is ready. We just laughed, Because we were full and headed home. Thank you Logan Roadhouse for accommodating us and treating us with respect and kindness."

"The Roadhouse is a must stop out and eat some of the best food around. The service was excellent. There our plenty of room for everone. Wheel chair accessible. Nice atmosphère to be in to relax and enjoy the family."

"Logan’s has always been my go to restaurant for food or when people are visiting us in town for a variety and good meal. Unfortunately I’m seeing a falling off in quality and service. We usually eat there bi-weekly however, the last few times haven’t been up to par. Our experience has ranged from old potatoes, to undelivered rolls that were continuously promised. Dirty saucer plates, dirty spotty silverware that had not been wiped down, to no refills on drinks or any follow ups on desert or extras. I have always been a generous tipper and have worked in the restaurant business while I was going to school. I’m not blaming one particular department this is an overall management issue. This review could be a good tool to use in a daily pep talk or coaching to make sure everyone is aware that quality and service is essential to being competitive in todays market. I hope this falls in the hands of the right person to take this opportunity to act upon this review these reviews are tools that can help build a stronger and better work environment for both the customer and the employee. Unfortunately I will have to add that they were not that busy either based on my work experience when I was in the food hospitality environment. There is no need for three to four employees hanging out at the hostess section at all time leaning over the desk/counter. This would be a great opportunity to wipe out seats and check tables on customers observe anyone in need refills, steak sauce, sweep up, keep the area neat, get checks, etc. Thank you for your time and consider this a courtesy notice."
