"I thought the Pharmacy at CVS in Trenton was awful. I was wrong. They are consistenly behind and customers are always waiting in line for a long time. It is ridiculous that we were told they are "2 weeks behind on the refill of some medications because we need help". That is inexcusable."
"OUTSTANDING! FANTASTIC! OVER-THE-TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE! -I WILL START WITH THAT- This was My Very First Experience- AT This Food City- Trenton, GA ( Crimson, Dr) "To Shop for Curbside Pick-up, Go- Cart Service" AND AN SUPER STAR PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL SHOPPER ASSOCIATE " NEALY" DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL- SHE TOOK SO MUCH CARE TO PICK OUT THE MOST OUTSTANDING- FRESHEST AND LONGEST SHELF LIFE PRODUCE - ( LETS ALL BE HONEST, EVERYBODY IS WORRIED ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE PICKING OUT YOUR PRODUCE - BECAUSE, MAYBE YOU WILL GET THE OLDEST PRODUCE THEY HAVE IN STOCK- OR IN DAIRY PRODUCTS - SAME WORRIES) WELL- NO WORRIES AT THIS FOOD CITY - NEALY COMPLETELY ROCKED IT! I PUT A FEW NOTES AT THE BOTTOM OF MY ORDER - ABOUT BAGGING MY ITEMS- EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS PAID ATTENTION TOO- AND UNLIKE SOME " BIG BOX STORES" YOU GET TO PAY- WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE CURBSIDE PICKUP" - YOU DONT HAVE TO - LOAD IN A CC AND THE KEEP A " CRAZY TEMPORARY HOLD" ON MONEY FROM YOUR CC - AND YOU DONT KNOW IF THAT EVER COMES BACK- FOOD CITY- ABSOLUTELY RESPECTS EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER AND TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE FAMILY! 20***** PLUS !! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW! FAMILY, COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS- CURBSIDE PICKUP IS THE BEST!"
"Great prices. If you don't have one of their ValuCards, ask any associate before you ✅ out. I saved $59 on my order of $160 and I already thought I had good prices. Need to work on GoCart program. Orders must be placed too far in advance. Can't pay with Food Stamps online. Need to upgrade software and look at Walmart's Curbside program; it is easier to use and will accept EBT online. UPDATE: I visited the Trenton store just before Christmas and all the registers were open, but most were clogged up with customers waiting or Cashiers who had to call for assistance. After waiting in one line for over 5 minutes I saw a line that was coming empty so I switched lanes. I noticed I got a "strange look" from a man (who I found out was the Manager, Jim Lawson). While I was waiting, I noticed that I was in the express lane after hearing the Manager rudely send another shopper who had lined-up behind me to a different line because it was "an express line." I apologized to the young lady who was my Cashier (Heaven) for being in the wrong lane and she said it was "okay." Let's face it: Food City doesn't make a cent until the Customer checks out and they collect the money; so if a Customer gets his purchases paid for does it really matter if he had a few extra items? I normally respect Express checkouts and using them at this visit was an honest mistake but in the end, why should it matter. I did have 15 items (5 over the number allowed in the Express Lane) but most of them were small items that you could hold in one hand) and my cart was not even 1/10 filled. The Manager , Jim Lawson, evidently thinks he is too important to run a register and just stands around watching to see if any violates his Express Lane sign. Why didn't he do something to help get the other registers moving ? Jim Lawson reflects poorly on Food City; his attitude is borderline, rude. This visit to Food City was frustrating; I asked 3 employees where Can Openers were located and no one knew; finally I had to go to the Service Desk where a young man (Malakai) found out for me. As long as the Trenton store has people like Jim Lawson in charge, I will not return to Food City; there are too many other grocery stores in this area to shop at. Unfortunately the store's employees like Heaven and Malakai were courteous and helpful; I wonder if they will remain at Food City because the obviously are working under Managers who have no people skills. CONCLUSION: People get in any checkout line for one reason: to give Food City money! Is it worth it for any Manager to offend a customer over a few items? I think, not!"
