"Order and received bread sticks. They were pencil thin in the middle and rock hard. Why would you package and sell this mess."
"This restaurant was once really good about getting your food out on time but now it isn't. I went down a couple of days ago with my family and I had ordered online and it said the order was ready but it actually wasn't. So we waited 30 min and still no order. After waiting we finally just asked for a refund and waited for almost 30 more minutes before getting tired of waiting and had to go in and demand the refund and to find out that they had also lost my order."
"1:30pm Oct 3 - just picked up a cheese pizza and an "Italian cheese bread". The cheese bread is less than a 1/4 in thick and hard as a rock. Either the dough was frozen when it went in the oven or it was taken out way too early. Either way it was inedible."
"Rude little shi**, absolutely no customer service skills at all. I have no problem with teenagers running the whole place COOL, but atleast be personable. Also the deep dish is square not oblong or oval, they must have failed geometry. I wouldn't have even cared about the shape but it was honestly like someone just put sauce on a loaf of bread."
