"I went there tonight and ordered four double cheese Krystal’s. They had me pull up and park and wait about 10 minutes because they were making me some fresh Krystal’s. Instead, they took there old Krystal’s they had, turned those into doubles. They were hard, cold and old…Never again!"
"We ordered 24 count of Krystal’s mayo and cheese only!! We got them still had onion, pickles and mustard. And got 2 orders of junk yard tots and got charged for them. And only got tots and chilli. Women at drive thru was very rude like we were the problem that we wanted to order. Krystal were not steamed very dry cheese that was on them was cold. Spend almost 60 dollars!!! For a 24 pack and 2 junk yard tots"
"We were in town for a meeting and decided to try this place. It was 8:30 pm so diningroom was closed. Went through the drive up placed order and pulled up to the window. The woman that came to the window, she portrayed a very poor attitude. We finally received our order and went to our hotel to eat. The hamburgers were the worst I have ever had. We do not recommend this place and we will never stop there again."
"Visiting the area and thought we could try this place! Never been to one!! Well, I'm definitely NOT coming back. No warm greeting (nor one at all!). Employees seemed reluctant to work, and were slow paced. (I understand staffing issues and such, but there is such a thing as a professional demeanor with customers. After we ordered we went to sit to wait on our food. We were the only ones in the dinning area. It took a bit for our food to come out. And I was sub-par, at best! Not impressed. The ''beef patties" or whatever looked gross. The chicken breading slipped right off as I was eating it!! I was really looking forward to the chili cheese tater tots. I immediately could taste the canned chili taste. And the tots had no crunch. Beyond disappointed. Then, as we ate, we looked around. Dirty tables, floor, drink area... and the girls in the back were on their phones with no orders up. THEN my husband pointed out the vents. FILTHY!!!"
