"Got a set of new tires installed on my Ford Expedition after driving a few miles a message came up "tire sensor failure" I brought back they reset the code and the next day came up and still on since. They claim the sensor battery in one tire is bad and need replacement and of course I have to pay for it. My car didn't have any message to begin with. It's completely unfair to pay for a damage they caused. Not only that but when I picked it up the front bumper has a small hole and the handwheel was left super dirty with grease. I'm so sorry for this store it's really declining their services"

"The staff member at the front was very friendly and helpful. They are very busy but did get the service done in an amount of time that seemed reasonable considering their backlog of cars needing service. I like being able to make an appt online and when it wouldn't complete the confirmation process electronically I was able to call the location directly and he confirmed it there. It usually takes about two hours to get whatever done is the parts are all there and I think that is somewhat normal. I have been to places that are faster but I am not sure that they were doing all the things that are being done at Firestone. I like that my tires are from there as well as it makes it all easier when they need replacing as they did this time. The employee was very good about making sure I got appropriate discounts etc."

"Welcome to Firestone Complete Auto Care Home of the 23 hour oil change. Seriously folks, go elsewhere. Communication between us and them throughout the day was non existent. I had an 11am appointment. At 3:15pm I called to see what was happening with my car. I mean thank goodness I didn’t stay and wait for it. They said they didn’t have the oil filter in stock and would have to have it delivered. Yeah thanks for the heads up. They close at 6pm so guess what time they called me. Yep 6pm. Not to say my car is ready. They had “recommended service”. See that’s where they try to get you to have more work done to your car that you don’t need. By the time I called back 12 minutes later, they were closed. I had to call the following morning to inquire about my vehicle. I just paid for the oil change and left. Go elsewhere for oil changes and while your at it, tires to."
