Jake Jones., has been one of the best and consistent employees when it comes down to customer service and ensuring that the customer leaves with a smile and most importantly leaves safely without burning a hole in your pocket. "I just visited Pep Boys in Snellville, GA. Service manager Jake is AWESOME!! He had my car in and out in no time. The biggest benefit I received was the difference in price. I save $300 going to Pep Boys versus Stone Mountain Toyota. Not only that. Toyota claim my battery was bad. Jake has the service technician to check the battery and there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with it. Thanks to Jake and his honest crew for taking care of ladies and not seeing $$$ signs we were coming."

I was ASSURED by the manager that my car was SAFE to drive just to get STRANDED on the side of the road ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE! $1,400 down the drain."

The flexible weekend hours are a huge plus, and coming in early on a Saturday with the place obviously packed, I was politely greeted by both attendants at the registers, despite how hectic everything in the shop looked. Jake helped me with my appointment confirmation, and I appreciated that he thoroughly explained the processes and procedures of the services requested for my vehicle, so I wasn't in the dark about any issues or costs before receiving the bill.
