"Came in with the problem of car shaking at a speed above 45. I waited half an hour, no one approached me. I waved someone down who said someone would be with me in a few minutes (I later saw him sitting in the visitor's lobby talking to someone). I exited my car and asked the person for help, complaining about having to wait. He apologized and assisted me. I said that I thought the wheel on the right side was the issue. He then explained that the wheel had a patch from a nail but explained that it was over a year ago and that wheels were recently shifted. After 15 minutes, he said that a small dent was the problem and charged me $300 for a new wheel with taxes and labor and $60 for wheel balancing on the other three wheels. My car still shakes. Didn't do a diagnosis and did not offer a discount, though I am a long-time customer of Honda dealerships in the area. If I want the emblem reaffixed on the back of the car, they will charge me $175."

"Have been here twice for service on my Honda Pilot. Waiting room is clean, stocked with water, some snacks. Staff is friendly. Service was quick. Did not have my engine cover snapped back into place after my first service. Definitely need to pop the hood and check after each service just to be sure."
