"Order #27504348 Received one item damaged due to bad packaging, who puts windshield wipers in just brown paper and ships it. Reached out to customer service via chat, they said send an email with details and pictures to customer service for help. Sent an email to customer service with full details and pictures. Immediately got a response with a ticket followed by call our 1800number and they closed the ticket. They shipped the item bad and I have to run around to get a replacement. Customer service should never close a ticket without final consent from customer. You lost a customer due to your bad communication and shipment"
"I’m a current part time employee. Job is easy, it’s not an office job or a glamorous job for sure. Mostly manual labor and fast pace. I get plenty of my cardio in. The facility is very secured. Which is a huge plus. There’s plenty of benefits available. Human Resources is actually onsite. Human Resources is a luxury I find great in this facility. At other jobs, I had to make a trip to the Department of Labor just to fix certain paper works or get attention to some work issues."
