"I wanted to give a Big Thank you to Kevin S. @ Buford Hwy. My battery started going bad last weekend and after a week of struggle, I got my final Jump this morning and took my son to school. 6:30 I had to get there and keep it running because I wasn't even sure if I could afford one. They opened at 7:30 and he was so kind, he surched and found me something I could afford and spent so much time taking the new one for me and put the new one in. What a relief and I will definitely be back to fix my air conditioning soon. It's hot!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ❤️"
"I requested a oil cap but they packed a fuel one instead. Next day I tried to change it but they didn’t changed it cause I lost the receipt, I showed by bank statement where was cleared stated the store name and location but they didn’t accepted that as a proof to help. Finally I had to buy the correct cap and kept the other one I didn’t need. I feel that’s a bad service"
"quite annoyed I made a purchase online and they told me that I could pick up my package in 30 minutes, after the annoying tiring to get to the store, he tells me very calmly that he does not have the part and that they are not going to receive it either, it is not his fault of them, since it will not be their fault if they are giving me availability via Online they charge my card I bother getting to the store and while I am here the store manager tells me that he does not have the part and that they are simply going to return my money without acknowledging the sacrifice or effort of the way one got here and their commitment to sell and deliver the piece, I felt totally cheated. They should be more attentive to Online sales to give an accurate and timely response and the person does not have to bother coming to the store and receive the news that the product does not have it and it will not arrive either, after confirming the purchase with an email and avoiding account amount."
