"Too bad we weren't allowed to give No Star whatsoever! If you don't want to do business with Black Folks, why not just post signs that say that; it would be much more appreciative. Rude and disrespectful is to say the least. This is only my 2nd critique of a business on Google, which should tell one how dissatisfied I was with their service. If you don't want to feel like you rolled back into the 50s, stay as far away as possible from this establishment."

This is an independent owned NAPA meaning the owner makes his own rules as he pleases. Go to any other NAPA than this one if you want a good experience."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here and asked Matt if he could LOOK at my headlight. He said that he would LOOK at it and SEE if the young man who had installed it at Advance Auto Parts had installed it correctly. During this time I waited because he had called the police on a young African American girl who he had also taken advantage of. I noticed that a lot of time had gone by and so I went to the counter to see what was going on. He told me that I owed him $35. I never authorized him to work on it. He told me that he fixed it after he looked at it (without my permission!)"

"These people at Napa are crooks racists and liars. Do not Go There! They cater to white customers.They told me they could not service my AC in my car because it was too cold outside and the freon will freeze up. Mind you it's 55 degrees outside and they have a garage. In which the 4 white guys that work there were just standing around looking out the bay doors. Also last year they installed my AC compressor. Less than a year later my compressor is bad again. I think they switched my new compressor out which I provided brand new myself to something else put together they had because I asked for my old compressor back and they said they threw it away. Also they would not wait 10 extra minutes for me to get off work to pick my car up. My sister had to go pay for it and i reimbursed her. she also got into with the owner. He snatched the money from her and didnt tell her where my car keys were, assuming she knew they were already inside the car. I think his name is Eric the slick looking one, well they all are, no black people work there. Again stay away from them crooks!!"
