"My vehicle was keyed, so I checked out a couple of shops to get a price estimate and finally I decided to take my vehicle to a black owned shop to support the business. I received my car back on time, but the it was a disaster, there was no shine to my paint, several other places the paint was over painted, signs of paint run, white paint on my windows that’s not the color of my vehicle, very dull and then wanted me to pay an extra 350 for a shine. Do not take your vehicle to this place for a paint job, maybe something smaller but definitely not paint. I was charged for paint all over and the top of my vehicle was not painted period. I was charged 1800 and for some odd reason the owner is never there or reached out to me."

"I took my Volkswagen van to this place on Tuesday for a check engine light signal having to do with my oil being to low. I was told that my R & R valve cover or gasket need to be replaced. I was charged 23.99 for a $9 gasket and charged 212.50 for the labor. I pick my van up and drove it about a mile before some different check engine lights start going off and my van lost power. When I took it back to the same shop I was told by Sheena the owners daughter that it was not there fault and that something else was wrong, but I was adamant that the van wasn’t doing that when I dropped it off the first time. The owner was there at the time so they agreed to look at it again. When I went to pickup my van it did the same thing again with the check engine lights coming back on. This time me and Sheena had a very unprofessional argument on her part because she believed that she was right. This time the owner wasn’t there and she wasn’t trying to get him on the phone kind like he was a mob boss or something along those line very unprofessional nonetheless they tried again to fix the problem with the van which wasn’t their fault according to Sheena. Now it’s Monday the following week and my van is still doing the same thing and I tried to speak with the owner but still nothing. I’m now being told that it’s the Throttlebody that needs to be replaced so I say ok they wanted me to pay first but I said no. I go to pick the van up Wednesday but because of miss communication is why I didn’t get it on Tuesday and it’s still not working still the same check engine lights are coming on so at this point they’ve had my van for a week and a day I’m fed up. I get my car towed to another dealership and now they’re telling me that the original R&R cover valve wasn’t installed right but it’s my fault or something else that the shop had nothing to do it and then when I call them to try to get some reimbursement no answer no surprise there this shop is a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend these people with your car in my opinion my car is now at the Volkswagen dealership the parts and labor are cheaper. I hope this post helps someone."

"I came in for an emergency because my work van “died” on me. Comes to find out my belt slid off and the tension pulley needed to be replaced. I pulled up at Aj’s when they opened was immediately taken in because they understood the severity of the case. I wasn’t there no longer than an hour and a half. Staff was great. They were informative and friendly. Seemed like I knew them for a while. So great place to get serviced and ill be back for the Maintenance on my van"
