"I ordered a large pizza for pickup. I noticed that the cooks were not wearing gloves and did not wash their hands. Additionally, it was unclean in the prep area. When I called this out, they tried to hold an argument with me. They have an 88 for their rating, and I can see why. This is also not the first time others or I have received cold pizza or experienced this disgusting behavior. Do not visit this location if you want Marcos!"

"Food: I ordered a thick crust, double sauce, Pepperoni Magnifico, well done. As a Pizzaiolo and a former Marcos employee years ago, I can say this pizza was made with no consideration for SOP. There wasn't a single piece in the whole pie that met the SOP. Service: Let me preface by saying I tipped prior to receiving my pizza. Upon arrival, the cashier was leaning their backside against the register and had to be notified three times by another associate sitting down across from them that a customer was present. Atmosphere: Employees seated immediately to the right upon entry appeared to be folding pizza boxes but none were folded the entire time I was there. Employees seated behind the register had to notify the cashier I was standing behind him. First picture is the pizza I received from this location. Second picture is what I get from the Loganville location each time I order this Pepperoni Magnifico..."

"This used to be my go-to spot! It was always fresh and hot. Well, one time it took over an hour. The driver explained to us that they gave him the wrong pizza so he had to turn back around! He advised me to call in for them to issue me a credit. I called back to order a pizza to find out there was only a $4 credit on file. I ask was that it? Per her computer, it was a month from the date I called. She had to nerve to ask me why I called back and ordered the next day. She was very rude and I was disgusted that she was the owner. She also said that they would not be delivering my pizza and that I had to come to pick it up. I have never met an owner like this in my life! You would think if someone spends money at your establishment you would be kind! I will never ever order from you again. And I will be reporting to you as well."
