"Unacceptable. They charge more for an individual who wants to pay directly them for an insurance company. This means that a $2700 repair cost to the insurance company was gonna cost me over $4000. And they forgot to mention that, or call me, or let me know anything about the difference in price until I arrived to drop the car off Unacceptable. I took the car to Woodstock paint and body and they will absolutely repair the vehicle for the original estimate from Gerber."
