"I brought My 2009 Nissan Pathfinder in at around or on December 1st 2023. My vehicle had been stalling at stop lights, not starting etc. Had several people look at it and quotes to fix ranged from $900 - $1,200.00 with various opinions of what the issue was. Guess what? Through a friend, I was sent Jordan's shop number, called, Took it in and by the end of that weekend, I had My vehicle back, running and the Cost? $169.00. I will say this, in these days and times, it is virtually "IMPOSSIBLE" to find an Honest and Professional Auto Repair shop much less Mechanic. I was told what I needed to Fix NOW, They recommended upcoming fixes for the future. No pressure, No upselling, Just great work, honesty and attention to detail. Took Me while to find time to write this Review, but, It is something I definitely had to do. Keep up the great work guys, word of mouth is spreading about your integrity and professional services. "I came in needing a severe alignment and other work that practically made my car a death-mobile. At first, I was told that the shop was too busy and may be unable to help me at that time because there was not enough technicians/mechanics in. I asked if my car would be safe to drive to work (45 minutes away) and after a quick assessment, Jordan was able to conclude that the car was not in driving condition and required immediate attention. He called a neighboring store and within 15 minutes another mechanic was on the scene fixing my car. The care, consideration and determination are what we need more of in customer service. In no way shape or form did I feel "sold" or "had" as many women often do when leaving the mechanic. Thank you C&T for all of your help and kindness."

"Called Monday and scheduled an appointment the next day for a wheel alignment. This is the second time I bring my car to this auto shop. Fast and reliable service. Updated review: I been here a couple times because they did a good job and were honest and straightforward. Unfortunately, last time I was here I was told they were going to contact my warranty since they were able to cover some of the work they did on my Toyota. I made a mistake and had the work done right away and paid for it myself before the warranty approved it.I told them this information and the guy at the front desk told me they were going to contact them and try to file the work that was done to the warranty . But they never did. I have called them several times afterwards , left a few voice messages and they just ghosted me. I guess they just didn’t care anymore because I had paid for it already but I’m definitely not coming back here where people can’t be honest and just straightforward."

"Excellent service, as always. Paul, the new manager, is kind, patient, gives thorough explanations, and provides accurate quotes on work as well as timeframe. My final bill was actually a bit less than I had anticipated and my car was ready a day early. My car is driving like a dream again, thanks to the expertise of C & T's mechanics.
