"Purchased 4 new tires at this Mr.Tire in December of 2022 for My 21 year old daughters car. One of the tire’s blew out on interstate I-20 last week (completely rotted) and have two other rotting tires. We went to the location to report it and they said they conveniently couldn’t find our purchase in their system!! We took it to Mavis on Towne lake after realizing we could not trust this Mr. Tire. Mavis let us know that all the tires were dated for 2015!!!!! I can’t speak for all Mr. Tires, but I can tell you to avoid this one. They’re obviously trying to buy low and sell high on their products to make the most profit. Thank god nothing happened to my daughter. Do not trust Mr.Tire and do not visit this location. Beyond disgusted!"
"The staff were very friendly attentive, quick and efficient. Some thing I would consider changing is the waiting area. Its not up to par and could use some sprucing up. Friendly staff, quick and efficient. Coffee, water, sodas, TV and comfortable chairs would add to having a better experience."
"Had a 5 star experience. Called them an hour before closing and told them I just picked up a bolt threw tire and I was 25 min away and they said they would have a mechanic ready for me and they did! Rich was amazing and such a nice person. Tire was fixed and I was on my way. Thank you again Rich."
"So very pleased with the quality service provided by the staff at Mr. Tire Towne Lake! Mason (Asst. Manager) has a polite, proactive can-do attitude with both customers and colleagues. He is definitely an asset to your business. I have been bringing my car here for many years (back when it was Goodyear too) and the service now is the best ever. Much appreciated!"
"I just had 2 rear tires replaced. They did a perfect job, no scratches on my new wheels. I appreciated that a lot. Very friendly environment, informative staffs. I have few local tire places around me but decided to come here for a good experience. Definitely recommend! Once again thank you Mr. Tires."
