"Went to tour apartments at Elme and Darius and Dominique were very friendly and welcoming. I loved the help and knowledge they had. If raises were to happen please make sure they are top priority! Definitely an area that I feel like me and my child will be safe in. The gates are a plus for me! The townhome has a home like feel for us. Thank you guys!"

"Management change has been terrible. Amaneties closed for a year, people walking in your home multiple times a week without notice, and management not knowing why they are in there (literally had someone in my home, I called and asked why I wasn't notified, and they couldn't even tell me who or why that guy was there). Front doors flood and they don't do anything to fix it . Now they've cancelled automatic payments without telling anyone, and they want to charge a fee. They refuse to waive the fees because this has happened before due to their fault when they updated their payment portal. Other things aside, the size of the 2 story units is good but it's easy to see once living here that everything is old and worn out"

"I have been a resident for 3+ years. Overall, I am very happy with my apartment and my living experience. The Property Manager, Adrienne is incredibly nice and has helped me with anything that I have needed. Also, Howard (Leasing Agent), is so friendly and professional. The apartments are spacious, there is ample parking, and the location is great. I do not have an upgraded apartment, but I was told this when I toured the property. The only negatives that I can think of are things that every other property deals with... roaches, trash build up at the dumpster (mostly on the weekend), and broken entrance gates. Management stays on top of these as much as possible and these are things that you will find at all of the surrounding apartments. They do have frequent inspections (mostly for fire prevention), but I am thankful that they are on top of this. The property next door has had two catastropic fires since I have lived here. At least they are making improvements to the property. There are FAR more positives than negatives and I would recommend Elme Sandy Springs for anyone looking for their next apartment in this area. I plan on renewing my lease again."

"I am tremendously disappointed with this condominium, we were treated with great disregard, before ending our contract they sent people to our apartment to paint, even though we hadn't even finished taking out our things, they threw our things on the balcony, claiming they were rubbish, abuse, We moved from an apartment to a townhouse, in that same condominium, on the day of the move the apartment was not yet ready, even though we had signed the contract a month before, the townhome has so many defects to be repaired, without the air conditioning filter, it was extremely dirty and with a musty smell, broken things (kitchen cabinet door, toilet paper holder, doors, shower), water leak, my children and I are very allergic and have respiratory problems, my son has already been to the doctor for two Sometimes with an asthma attack, they didn't even install the air conditioning filter and I've been in the apartment for 18 days and they simply don't respond and don't solve it, I've been to the office and nothing, they just say they'll fix it. Abuse of the tenant. Don't move into this condominium."
