"The residence is comfortable, tidy, clean and peaceful. It has a nice gym, comfortable living room and a pool table. I like it a lot because I can find different ways to relax. I really recommend it ❤️"

"When I first moved here in 2021, there was an issue that was quickly corrected. My unit on the 3rd floor that was the color scheme that I wanted had a huge water leak above the shower.. I was surprised that the leasing agent did not even notice this. I was then offered a unit on the 5th floor (which was supposedly a better deal, but was not the color scheme that I wanted). Fast forward, the unit turned out to be great, location great, and the cost was roughly $1300 which for me was amazing. Every year after that, the rent increased hundreds. Management changed. Maintenance stopped responding (requests open for months). Trash pickup and chute was constantly down - I stopped using Valet trash all together, especially after my trash can was swapped with a dirty trash can. The hallways are not washed down - there are tenants that let their dog poop in the halls and that will sit there forever (stains are left behind as well). Ceilings are EXTREMELY thin. Pool is dirty with rusting at the bottom. Gates hardly ever work. The cockroaches are huge and will get inside of your unit ~ however it is nice to know that pest control works because a lot of times they will be turned over dead in your unit. All in all, experience has been awful BUT the location is amazing."

"My husband and I toured with D a week ago. Everything went well! We were extremely excited about applying and possibly living here. D had assured us that with our qualifications we would not have any problems getting approved within the week. So ofc, we applied! During the process, there was a misunderstanding when it came to the income and ultimately, the third party service they utilize told us to contact Steelworks for further details on approval. We’ve tried numerous times to get in contact with D or matter of fact, anyone from the leasing office to no avail. When we did finally get in touch with someone, they said to leave our information and D would reach out the following day. The next day came and gone, the following day came and gone and still no response. If this is how a prospective tenant is being treated, I can’t imagine being a tenant of this community. Extremely disappointed."
