"My husband used to work for Lamar Haygood for a company called A.B.S Automotive Recovery, or A.B.S for short. I’m not sure what the company is called now.But he but decided to pursue his own dreams instead of being treated poorly. It seems that Lamar Haygood has been acting in a negative manner towards my husband and I , as it is mentioned that Lamar's wife, Kristy Haygood, has been spying on us by visiting our house. Not only that but the company's owner, Lamar Haygood, encourages his employees, specifically Darrell and his wife Chelsea, who works as a dispatcher, to drive by our home and honk their horns, which we find unsettling. Lamar Haygood seems to believe that this behavior instills fear, but have never actually pulled up at at our home. We have everything recorded. Recently, Darrell and Chelsea drove past yesterday September 26, 2023 honking their horn and then turned around, bringing a customer's car and a child with them. This behavior is seen as reckless and childish. Lonnie and Leigh Carpenter confidently states that they are not afraid and invites the company to confront them if they wish."

"Called for a tow through triple AAA and they picked up my service call. One of the worst experience ever and I had to file a complaint because they had my car in tow for over 5 hours and got upset wit me because I reported them for not dropping my car off yet. My car was picked up at 6:22 and it’s almost midnight now and this company has yet to drop it off!!! One scratch on my Lexus and I will file a lawsuit against this company! Never ever will I use them and I will make sure to let everyone I come in contact with know not to use them!!! Very unprofessional and the guy that picked up my car was so hyped up and jittery the whole experience was terrible stay far away from using this company services!"

"This company is absolutely awful! I waited over two and half hours for the tow truck to arrive. I went through my car insurance company for roadside assistance otherwise I would have canceled. They took their precious time. It was extremely hot outside with no gas and a flat tire. Do not seek their services! Worst tow experience ever!"
