"I have used Wash N Go now for many years. I have always been satisfied, until now. I live on a dirt road, so I always request no tire shine. In the past there has been times that request was missed. I have recently bought a new car and when getting ready to go out of town I got it washed. It has been very dry lately and I requested no tire shine. The team shined the tires, I went back today hoping for just an outside wash, I was offered an $5 off of a wash after paying $30 for the one I got. I feel that asking for a rewash was not unreasonable so the two stars."
