"Has been my go to parts store for years. Better help then most."
"I bought a steering box from auto zone with a lifetime warranty. I dropped it off at a licensed local auto repair shop (Auto Air of Thomasville) to be installed on my truck. It drove good but within a week there was a lot of loose play in the steering. The service technician said the part was bad. I contacted auto zone in Thomasville to sent another steering box to auto air. The technician went through 3 steering box deliveries before finding a good one to changeout. It went bad also! Each time I had to pay for installation and a front end alignment x2! I asked to be reimbursed for the labor but was denied! AUTOZONE SHOULD ATLEAST REIMBURSE ME FOR LABOR BILLING BECAUSE OF THEIR POORLY MADE PARTS!! I WILL NOT BE USING AUTOZONE ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!!"
