"Not sure what happened but it must have been a manager change as the attitudes were out and about. Never had this problem at this location before. Will probably find another place as when I'm spending almost $100 for an oil change I think it's reasonable to expect a cheerful person taking my money."

"They are always friendly always efficient and always do a great Job!!! Well for me that is if I could give 10 stars I would. My cousin who usually goes to a top tier elite service station came to visit and needed an oil change but they didn’t have any availability before she was to head home. I said just go to Take Five they always do a good job for me. So off we went. She had also been complaining about her air conditioning not working properly. So my guys did not disappoint. She was flabbergasted! When they showed her the cabin air filter. Apparently her guys hadn’t been checking that. The air of course worked fine after! She loves it. But yesterday I took my new (used) car in for its first oil change and the filters engine and cabin were filthy! Thanks all you Take Five Guys for going the extra steps to make for awesome service! "Probably the best experience I've had at a Take 5 and I've been going since before the transition. Everyone was light hearted and made it a good environment. Which I'm sure is easier during the cooler months. Everyone was great and the service mom knows what she's doing and how to do it right!"
