"We were told they would be cleaning once a week. No cleaning happened. We told office the toilet kept running and that my husband kept opening the tank to stop it. It didn't get fixed either. We did like the room set up though and it was easy to get groceries, there was a full grocery store next door. Would try again."

"I read some crazy reviews and was really skeptical of this place but it had availability on short notice so I decided to go. This place is great. For an extended stay it is the cleanest I have ever been in and for work I have to go to lots of different cities and stay in a lot of extended stays. It is nice and quiet but not to quiet. All the stay apt representatives have been amazing, very helpful and super friendly. The area is pretty decent. I haven't seen anything off setting at all. I would say this has been one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in and without a shadow of a doubt, the nicest extended stay I have ever been in. I will stay here everytime I come up here. Great job guys!!!"
