I contacted Krystal Williams at the Americus location on Friday about a car I was interested in to confirm the availability and let her know I would be stopping by on that Saturday. When I got there Saturday she already had the car pulled up to the front door. We test drove it. Went in and signed papers and I had a new car in all of about 2-3 hours. I’ve also used the service department in Leesburg for things like oil changes, battery problems and tire problems as well. Everyone in the service department seems knowledgeable and informative.
